DELIVERY

Congrats on your purchase! We’re so glad you’re now a part of the AquaJelly community. 

We pack and dispatch your orders from our warehouse on the same day if we receive the order before midday Sydney time, or the next day for orders received after midday. We ship on business days only. If you’ve ordered on a Friday, your order will be packed and dispatched the following Monday. From there, your order will take the time allocated by Australia Post. 

Please allow a little more time if you are ordering during a collection launch or restock of swimwear.

Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse on the same day (for orders received before midday Sydney time). Once it is picked up by Australia Post your Express Shipping timeframe will commence! We use the fastest shipping method available by Australia Post for Australian orders. International orders are shipped with standard international post which takes 6+ days between major cities. Unfortunately, there can sometimes be delays in shipping timeframes and these are out of our control. If you have any concerns about your parcel’s delivery timeframe once it has been dispatched, we encourage you to get in touch with the postage/courier service as they will be able to provide you the most up-to-date information.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you would like to proceed with a return, please do so ASAP! We will accept orders received within 30 days of purchase. Please fill out the returns and exchange card which was included with your order. If you have lost it, get in touch with us at returns@aquajelly.com to get a new returns card.

As per our Returns policy, we offer exchanges and store credit for a return. See our Returns page for more details.

We understand that purchasing online can be daunting for those who like to try before you buy. Therefore, we will happily accept any unworn, clean, swimwear that were sold at original price for exchange within 30 business days of receiving your delivery.

Please know that there is a chance that you may request an item to be exchanged, but the exchanged item is out of stock. If this happens, we apologise and will contact you to see if another style could work for you.

Make sure you've emailed us at returns@aquajelly.com. If you haven't received the address from us, check your email's promotions or spam folder. If you have checked your email folders and still can’t find anything from us, try us on info@aquajelly.com

Once we receive your returned item, it will take us up to 3 business days to confirm that the item is in original condition and to take action on your store credit or exchange. If you requested a store credit, we will email it to you (check your junk mail!). If you requested an exchange then, subject to stock availability, we will dispatch your item within 7 days by Parcel Post. If your return has already been delivered but you haven't heard from us within 3 days, please email us with your tracking details and order number at returns@aquajelly.com.

Once your return has been completed, you will receive an email stating it has been “completed” and your store credit will then come via email shortly after! If your return has already been processed but we haven’t sent you your Store Credit, please get in touch with us and we’ll get it sorted for you ASAP ! 

Your store credit is valid for 12 month so you can be sure that if there isn’t something you want to use it on right now, there certainly will be within this time! Your store credit can be used storewide, online only. Happy shopping! 

PRE ORDER

We wanted to give you the option of being able to purchase your favourite pieces as early as possible. We have launched a pre-order option for our customers to make sure that you don't miss out.

With our pre-order, you are able to secure your order whilst the products are being shipped to us at our warehouse. This means, there is a delayed dispatch on your order(s). Don’t stress, we will let you know on the product descriptions what this dispatch time-frame is so know when to start getting excited that it’s on its way!

RESTOCK

We re-order product as soon as it starts to run low. Our Sydney manufacturer is only 40mins away from our warehouse so as soon as it's ready we will have it up online for you to purchase.

We restock based on demand, as we can see that styles are running out the door.

SIZING

Our sizing runs true to our size guide. If you find you are in-between two sizes, generally we do suggest sizing up unless we say otherwise on the product page. If you're uncertain please email us on info@aquajelly.com so one of our team can provide you with sizing/style advice. If you do email us, be sure to include your measurements for your bust, waist and hips along with the styles you are interested in so we can assist you properly.

Absolutely! All of our bikinis are sold as separate tops and bottoms.

We designed the swimwear and have tested it all ourselves, so we're very happy to help! Email us at info@aquajelly.com. When you email, be sure to include your measurements for your bust, waist and hips so we can assist you properly. Our customer service team are trained in what style/size suits what body, so the more detail you provide us the better!

Please email us with the style and colour you are interested in and we can let you know if more stock is coming. Additionally, if we don't cater for your current measurements, please email us with our products you are interested in and we will take this feedback into account for future runs.

FAULTY / INCORRECT ORDER

While we hope this never happens, if you do receive an incorrectly sized item or immediately find a manufacturing fault, please contact us at info@aquajelly.com and we will help resolve your issue as fast as we can. Please include your name, order number and a photo of the issue!

If you get the wrong order, please accept our apologies! Email us right away at info@aquajelly.com and we will sort it out.

AquaJelly swimwear is exclusively designed and handmade by a dedicated swimwear manufacturing team in Sydney, Australia.

Paradise! Actually we're based in Manly, on the Northern Beaches of Sydney in Australia (which we think is pretty good too!).

AquaJelly swimwear is made from a blend of Polyester and Extra Life Lycra commonly referred to as "Italian Lycra". It produces a beautiful soft luxurious feel.

You’ll enjoy long-lasting comfort, fit and shape with no bagging or sagging. In addition, swimwear made with this fiber is designed to resist damage from chlorine, lotions, UV rays and heat to last up to 10 times longer than swimsuits made with unprotected spandex.
